Guy Bérard has joined iFact after an impressive career in the financial services industry working in leading positions at the National Bank of Canada, the Paris Stock Exchange and Montreal Stock Exchange.

He offers specialized assistance in all questions related to the operations of domestic and international financial markets, payment systems and risk management. He also leads financial analysis and strategic planning mandates. Guy holds a MBA from the UQAM and lives in Montreal.

Sabine Kerner, founder of iFact, is an experienced consultant in business and innovation strategy, business modeling and planning. She is familiar with a large number of markets and industries, equally comfortable with SMEs, large companies and organizations in the private and public sector. 

She holds an MBA from the Technical University of Berlin (Germany) and is accredited counselor at ADRIQ and Emploi Québec. She regularly lectures on innovation and growth strategies, marketing and international expansion.

Normand Allaire

Normand Allaire is founder and manager of ALTA IMAGING, our French partner in finance and strategic intelligence. He brings 25 years of extensive experience in strategy consulting, equity research and asset management in major international banking groups. After a career as consultant in corporate strategy at Secor (Canada), he joined in 1994 the French Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in Paris as Director at the Office of Information and Economic Forecast (BIPE).

Then, he stood out as European equity sell-side financial analyst at ABN-AMRO Securities before taking charge of top management responsibilities at Crédit Agricole Banking Group as Head of European Equity Research at CA Asset Management before joining the Private Banking arm of the Group in France as deputy CEO and CIO. Normand offers consulting services specialized in due diligence of international diversified asset management process, risk control and carries out missions of strategic market intelligence. He holds a MBA from the UQAM and a 3rd cycle professional diploma from the Ecole de Guerre Economique (USLSCA Business School, Paris 7).
 

Marein Cremer-Orre

Marein Cremer-Orre, associate consultant with go3consulting, is a seasoned marketing professional specialized in the development and implementation of marketing plans, has held various positions at Apple Computer and Claris, both in the US and in Europe. Over the last ten years she has successfully worked as a business development and marketing consultant closely involved in emerging high-tech projects relating to multimedia, Internet and e-learning applications. Marein holds a MBA from the University of Cologne and is based in Munich, Germany, the Bavarian Silicon Valley. She speaks German, English and French.

Dr.Thomas Lückerath is president of our German partner firm TL Management GmbH. After a Master in mathematics and a PHD in economics, Thomas started his career with the Boston Consulting Group. Then he held several positions in both start-up and major industrial firms until he founded TL Management in 1994. TL Management GmbH is advising major mid sized firms on strategy and business development. TL Management has recently developed a particular focus upon international business development, particularly in Africa, financing and mining. He lives in Düsseldorf, Germany.
 

Peter Orre

Peter Orre, Partner at go3consulting, is an experienced executive with numerous years of experience in international business management, in organisational development and innovation management, acquired in executive positions with Apple Computer, Compaq andHewlett Packard, in the United States, France, Germany and Sweden.

As« Certified Business Coach », he supports his clients in mandates related to business development and P&L management, in mandates related to marketing through demand generation and brand development, as well as innovation and product portfolio management assignments. Peter has a MBA of the Gothenburg School of Economics of the University of Gothenburg in Sweden. He speaks fluently German, English, French and Swedish.

Charles van der Pluijm has acquired extensive experience in consulting, project management, international sales and business development in the field of information technology, and specifically with ERP & CAE applications. He is also very active in the medical device industry. Combining his in-depth commercial and technical skills, he turned into a reliable no-nonsense practitioner and skilled negotiator.

Charles has founded AIBIS to assist international companies with market entry into the Netherlands and Belgium. He also supports Dutch companies with their international business ambitions through his international network and cooperates with several Dutch and German business partners. He followed IT, Management and Sales & Marketing studies at Saxion, University of Applied Sciences, in the Netherlands. He speaks Dutch, German and English and lives close to the border in eastern Netherlands.
