The financial crisis of 2007-2008 and the recent European cris has awaken companies, investors and regulators to the need for corporate accountability to stakeholders and to the importance of liquidity, risk management and capital cushions to solidify the provision of essential intermediation and credit by financial institutions to the real economy.

iFact’s Finance & Banking Practice assists in reviewing and reinforcing risk management frameworks to face volatile markets and comply to rigorous banking regulations adopted since the credit and liquidity crisis. Our clients are typically Chief Risk Officers, Audit Committees and CFO’s/Treasurers.
